After spending a short period of time, about 28 years, looking for a system that I could thrive in I found it. Deep inside of myself is a system which is directly linked to the natural world and all she has to offer. Through my own journey of personal development and therapeutic training I have found a resource that I can use time and again.
I love the symbolic understanding I gain when I dance therapeutically, and shamanic trance dance enables me to connect to myself. I find it a very good tool to use for healing.
I trust that the space I offer will enable you to open your senses and deepen your understanding.
