We just had a amazing weekend celebrating the Autumn Equinox at Tribal Hearts, we had a wonderful small group come together, where we enjoyed creativity, Shamanic Trance Dance, wild river swimming, harvesting from our organic vegetable garden, making wonderful cacao chocolates, relaxing, chatting, drinking yummy herbal teas, and spending quality time together.
The main event was on Saturday night, where we sat together around the sacred fire and had a beautiful ceremony coming together as a community from England, Ireland and Germany, to give thanks for everything we have received, learned, experienced, and wittnessed this year, the ceremony really helps us to slow down and become aware of just how much we are held by spirit in this life. That everything we have is made of spirit. The ceremony really helps us to come closer and forge a deeper connection and relationship with our Great Creator, Wankan Tanka. Our hearts are opened by the power of ancient prayer, we raise our voices in song and through this process, we realise just how fortunate and grateful we are for all that is given from Mother Earth and the Great Spirit. Which leads us to understand how beautiful life can be we we slow down and strip away all the unnecessary stuff and drama and go back to being simple. Thus remembering how our Ancestors lived much simpler lives.
This is soul cry and mission at Tribal Hearts to live simply, to grow our our food, to work together in harmony and unity and create beauty. The sacred fire is at the heart of our land and is our great teacher. The fire warms and opens us from the inside and from here we share what we have with the faith that our community continues to grow and more like minded people will find their way to come and sit around our sacred fire.
