Aho Great Spirit, Great Mystery,
Today we honour the rhythum and wisdom of the season, and take time to hear the messages,
Giving thanks for this time of hibernation, for the opportunity to enter the inner cave and seek the stillness and silence within,
Giving thanks for reminding us of the importance of being gentle with ourselves, of slowing down and allowing time to give ourselves what we need.
