Aho Great Spirit, Great Mystery,
Giving thanks for the strong breeze of brother wind,
Giving thanks for showing us the importance of keeping our centre,
When the wind and storms come are centre within is tested,
When we are surrounded by distractions, options, judgements and stories of others our centre is tested,
Giving thanks Great Spirit for helping us to pay attention to our centre,
Giving thanks that through diligence we can remain still and in equilibrium,
So that we can discern wisely, take nothing personally, focus on our own story, live our truth, and be our personal best.
