The Sacred Pipe known by Indigenous people as the Chanupa, is a powerful instrument of prayer and connection to Divine Creator Source.
The Vision Quest is a pathway to deepen our connection with nature, the elements, The Great Spirit and Great Mystery, who come to us as teachers in many forms. By electing to walk this path we put our steps in order, straighten ourselves out and align with the Beauty Way. By sitting in the mountain, in the glory and presence of Mother Nature and opening ourselves to her. We receive instruction and guidance that is often profound and enlightening.
The vision quest is a 4 year process of initiation, culminating in receiving the Chanupa Sacred Pipe, along with the initiation and teachings to become a Sacred Pipe Carrier. In this way you become empowered to hold the Sacred Pipe in ceremony for the people. This ceremony opens a very special sacred space, in order to help the people remember and establish their connection to Source Creator and their own inner divinity. By Becoming a Sacred Pipe Carrier we step into becoming of service for the divine, the people and All Our Relations.
The Sacred Pipe and teachings are given to participants on their 13 day Vision Quest.
