This 4 day process with Zelia, provides a safe space to deal with past fears and traumas.
These challenging experiences bring into existence negative patterns of thought and behaviour, that restrict our ability to grow and develop a positive structure in our day to day life, and live a life that is for filling and purposeful.

In essence most of us experience traumas of varying degrees. These challenging times have a direct impact on the condition of our soul and well being. As a result of these traumas a part of ourselves becomes lost.
In the last century psychology has attempted to deal with these issues but seems to have failed to get to the core of the problem.
In order to successfully heal, there is a need to not only face fears and look into the past where wounding or trauma has taken place, but to also find the energetic component that has disappeared.
People who have suffered trauma often report a feeling that something inside them is missing.

In our distant past medicine men and women, used the profoundly powerful technique of soul retrieval, to energetically heal these wounds by bringing back the ‘missing’ pieces.
These techniques have survived the ages, and have been passed down, from one generation to the next, because they work!

The design of this course is founded upon this ancient wisdom and practice, It applies the powers of soul hunting, sweat lodge and shamanic trance dance ritual to achieve a ‘new perspective’, that is based on high self-esteem and self love instead of mistrust and fear.
